Amy has been a Charlottesville resident since 1985. She grew up in the Shenandoah Valley and graduated from the University of Virginia in 1990 with a B.A in History. She remained in the Charlottesville area and began her real estate career in 1996. She was at a local firm from 1999 to 2009 and recently joined the firm Loring Woodriff Real Estate Associates.

In her eleven years in real estate, Amy has over $50 million in career sales. Specializing in new construction, she represents MacMillan-Pace, LLC, Southland Homes and Medallion Enterprises. She is currently selling new homes and lots in three new Ivy neighborhoods – The Rocks at Ivy, Old Ballard Farm and Ragged Mountain Farm.
